Why The Apple Watch Isn’t Selling As Fast As Expected

According to recent research from Wristly, a firm that surveys Apple Watch owners and prospective buyers the number one reason for holding out is price.

Interestingly, this is exactly the same percentage that said the reason they hadn’t bought yet was that the watch is too new and untested. 21% said they were positive but waiting for the next version and the other 13% said they never buy the first generation of a new product.

Only 17% thought that the watch was of no value to them.

As Apple irons out the initial kinks and adds more band options you can expect to see the Apple Watch follow the sales trajectory of the iPhone and other innovative products from Cupertino.
